A follow-up consultation gives you time to review test results, assess how treatment is working, and decide on next steps with your Consultant Gynaecologist. These appointments are designed to build on your initial consultation and keep your care focused, personalised, and responsive. Follow-ups are suitable for fertility, menopause, investigations, and gynaecology care. What a follow-up appointment is for - During your follow-up we may: Review blood tests, scans, or semen analysis results Discuss how you’re responding to treatment or medication Adjust your plan based on symptoms, results, or preferences Talk through fertility, menopause, or gynaecology next steps Answer questions that have arisen since your last appointment The focus is on clarity, reassurance, and practical decisions. Appointment format Most follow-up consultations last 30 minutes Many follow-ups can be completed remotely by video or phone In-person appointments are available where examination or procedures are needed Before your follow-up: To make the most of your appointment, please: Ensure any new blood results, scan reports, or test results are available Email results in advance to info@fertilityandgynae.com, if possible Make a note of symptoms, questions, or concerns you’d like to discuss This allows time for results to be reviewed before your appointment.
