Mrs Rebecca Roche
Fertility Nurse Specialist & Certified Nurse Prescriber

Rebecca is a devoted fertility nurse and certified nurse prescriber whose care-centred approach lies at the heart of everything she does. With an Honours BSc in Adult and Children’s Nursing from Dublin City University (2017), Rebecca began her nursing journey in one of the UK’s most demanding clinical environments – the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London – where compassion, precision, and presence were part of every shift.
In 2019 Rebecca’s passion for reproductive health led her into fertility nursing, and over the past four years she has built specialist experience at two leading IVF clinics across London. In 2024 she brought her blend of clinical expertise and heartfelt patient support to Complete Fertility, where she champions personalised care for individuals and couples navigating the emotional and medical landscape of conception.
Rebecca has a particular interest in natural fertility support and recurrent miscarriage, and is dedicated to guiding patients with clarity, empathy, and evidence-based insight. She believes fertility care should treat the whole person – body, mind and spirit – empowering people to feel informed, supported and confident at every step of their journey, whether they’re just beginning to explore their options or facing complex challenges along the way.
Warm, calm and deeply approachable, Rebecca builds trust with her patients and advocates for them at every turn.
Alongside her work in fertility, Rebecca also runs her own clinical aesthetics practice, delivering skin and injectable treatments with the same meticulous standards of safety, care and professionalism that her patients have come to rely on.'
From Rebecca : Why I chose this role
I was drawn to this work when I saw first-hand how complex, emotional, and isolating fertility treatment can feel. even within excellent clinic environments. While clinics provide essential medical care, the pace and structure don’t always allow space for the deeper conversations, continuity, and reassurance people often need.
I believe every fertility journey is unique, and that truly individualised support can make a profound difference. In my role, I'm able to slow things down, to listen, explain, and walk alongside individuals and couples at their own pace. Whether I'm supporting someone independently or working alongside their fertility clinic, my focus is always on bridging the gap between medical care and real-world experience.
For me, this work is about more than protocols and procedures. It’s about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered - with clear information, compassionate guidance, and a safe space to ask questions, express worries, and make confident decisions about the path ahead.
